Courage to Change Recovery Services (CTCRS) is a Snohomish County based nonprofit organization established in 2016.
CTCRS is a full service recovery program which provides transportation for clients to detox facilities and provides emergency, low barrier, clean and sober housing for the interim between detox and inpatient treatment.
